2011 several been in this hotel, but my impressions were not better. Really positive the location is right next to the fair park and it is easy to find. Otherwise it is a hotel for meetings and many groups from Asia. Front desk very friendly and competent staff, foreign languages no problem. Rooms are big enough and functional equipped. Often a bit shabby. The bathroom was okay also properly cleaned. Bar and beer garden invite you in summer A, is however a problem outside the supply, almost always you have to wait up to-as I go but somewhere else! The breakfast buffet is a bit unlovingly to gross, which was empty you would have the staff- as long as just as-orders. It took usually a while, once I had breakfast ready and the scrambled eggs were still empty! It is also very arrogant male staff with stupid sayings such breakdowns trying to paper over the cracks, instead of help. A ausgefranzten shirt with sleeves reinforced the negative impression even more. Bottom line: stay was okay-but the offering is in dire need of a more positive feedback structure, in its present form it is unacceptable.
