The most relaxing vacation ever
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AGreat place to have a vacation and first of all my compliments for the choice of the staff amazing people. basicly everyone working at the hotel, the bars the shops the dinning area, the beach area and the manager just wonderfull (special thanks to the hotel manager, Amr, Hassan, Taha Tahr, Ahmed, muhamed and all the others that I unfortunatly forgot their names) We have been in All inclusive hotels many times but this hotel is just great. It was the first time in my life that I actualy wanted to stay longer, and I think the most important factor in that was the wonderful peple working there whom were permanently eager to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. What an outstanding hospitality. They are truly an example to every hotel in Africa. Thank you very much for showing us the true egyptian, absolutely unforgettable.
Location
The best getaway for those wanting an escape. wonderfull beach ver clean and well very well maintaind, many excursionss such as snorkling, diving, Quad and desert excursions. Basicly every thing in the area.
Staff is unblievably friendly and kind. Everyone speas English, many speak Italian and German a little. But they do the best they can to make your stay as good as possible.
Gastronomy
Perfect, absolutely perfect.
Sport & Entertainment
Snorkling, diving and Quad were great. Just a little thing to consider is the kids club is kind of old and basicly everything is broken. Needs new stuff. The Pool is great just as the Pool bar (thanks guys) the beach is heaven and the kids entertainment club is just nice to have.
Room
Our family room was very spaceous and clean. The large balcony overlooked the garden and a small corner we could see the sea. Beautiful. Everything was clean and in working order!
We had a swan and a crocodile shape towel on our bed, just wonderful.
Tips and recommendations
We are thinking of going back as soon as possible.
