Am disappointed, because despite complaint was settled on the one hand. The price diverges considerably from the offer on the other hand, it was a. the room posted 7.80 euros with coffee. This is what I call 'rip-off' time. The extra bed for our child was broken and was several times made in the night collapsed. The hotel had written after our return trip, and received no reply. Please Be Careful at the Book!

Zunächst einmal freue ich mich darüber, dass Ihnen mein Hotel prinzipiell gut gefallen hat. Umso ärgerlicher ist es dann, wenn es für Sie zu Unannehmlichkeiten und Unklarheiten kommt.Leider hatten wir keine Möglichkeit, auf Ihre Mail des Gastes, da diese Bewertung schneller war. Die ordnungsgemäße Bearbeitung von Reklamationen kann einige Tage in ANspruch nehmen.
Das es zu Preisdifferenzen gekommen sein soll, ist natürlich bedauerlich aber leider für mich nicht mehr nachvollziehbar. Selbstverständlich hätten wir, hätte Sie direkt bei Abreise interveniert, eventuelle Fehler sofort und kulant reguliert. Dafür sind wir aber auf Ihr direktes Feedback angewiesen.
Das defekte Zustellbett ist in der Tat ärgerlich und wir haben dies umgehend aussortiert. Hier sind wir für schnelle Informationen des Gastes sehr dankbar, damit wir umgehend reagieren können.
