Hotel Vale d'El Rei – Suite & Village Resort

circa10-15 minutes with the car to the beach. about 20 minutes to the golf courses Gramacho, Val de Pinto as well as in Silves, in 5 minutes in Lagoa (=nächstgelegene city)

Staff at the reception spoke English, German and also French beside Portuguese also. We had booked and received a suite a Upgrade for a Townhouse. There there - against the promise on the part of the hotel - was no Internet entrance. We had thus everyone times into the main house, in order to get Internet entrance. Each day it was insured to us that the technicians would work on this problem, but up to our departure one could not solve it however…. Internet entrance is not inclusive, but liable to pay the costs.

We booked only breakfast. Selection was good and the breakfast terrace before the swimming pool very beautiful.

There are at least 2 pools, from which we made however no use. One was heated. In addition gave a small Fitnessraum.

We found the atmosphere in our Townhouse (No. 15) somewhat cool. In addition one already regarded some use-pure to furniture (sofa in the living room was filthy) and the bathroom cabinets beside the shower and/or showering tub caught on from the soil to swell (see also (see pictures = ValdelRei_Okt also adjusted 10-1 and/or ValdelRei_Okt.10-2), which not particularly appetizing looked. Mattress was indeed very hard and habituation needy. Our Townhouse had 2 bedrooms, 2 baths plus an extra WC, living room with dinette, kitchen with microwave, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Small however private terrace before the living room as well as 2 balconies in the 1. Stick.

Altogether a really beautiful plant with much Potenzial. However I hope that one may pay attention more from the management to the little things (like e.g. Internet entrance or swollen bath furniture…. ), otherwise this hotel the risk runs really soon into the years to come.
