Decent hotel, poor service *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AA hotel in the best location in wengen. Acceptable Facilities. The service is hard. But that was it already. Mostly unskilled and ill-guided service staff. The kitchen is fully equipped with 'acceptable large kitchens level' still positive and for a hotel of this category not acceptable. The breakfast buffet is not worth mentioning-even here are largely prefabricated were processed. A pity, since the flaws with more personal commitment, Keartivität and attention to detail by management, without further avoidable.
