Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ABeside the bad condition of the 200 old hotels fell especially the poor customer service and the unfriendly hosts negatively. The o'clock the management before 100 years to have stood still. When we return to the hotel you have to expect that a hotel manager for no apparent reason entrance to the hotel.

Der Zugang zum Hotel wird bei uns keinen Gästen verwehrt, die sich auch wie Gäste benehmen können. Übrigens wurde auch diesem Kunden der Zugang nicht verwehrt. Wenn man aber um 02h30 nicht mehr ganz nüchtern zurück ins Hotel kommt, die Zugangs-Informationen nicht beachtet und dann noch provoziert, kann man nicht noch einen herzhaften Empfang erwarten. Es gibt auch für die Gäste "Hotel-Manieren".Es ist dann einfach, gleich alles schlecht zu reden.
Das die Aussagen wohl nicht den eigentlichen Tatsachen entsprechen, zeigen wohl die anderen 299 nur positiven Bewertungen.
