A wonderful hotel but without light daytime
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIt´s a new and very nice hotel, espcially the pool-area. The staff doesn´t speak good english, mostly german, so they speak to everybody in deutsch.;-( I think if you work with tourists, english must be a minimum to know working at a hotel. The SPA is also very dark, with RED lights?? The manicure I did was very out of fashion. The staff need modern education. It was daytime also Dark inside the hotel, I mentioned it a couple of times but no one reacted, it was depressing dark, especially in the morning in the lobby. Why didn´t they put the lights on ???? They claim to be a 5 star hotel!!
