Hotel good, if it weren't for the Russians would *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ATo our desired and holiday, we had at short notice a family member want to book. Original was our hotel 'connections resort' in Alanya. When we arrived there was told us, by our setting a bed in this hotel the rooms too small and provided us with a nice room in the 'connections quality resort' (15 minutes away), have been reserved. I have to say, days before I was with the reception manager in relation to credit cards prior Reserviernug. Did not, since it was in another hotel (same chain), so the small change our vacation at the beginning.
Very nice welcome by the reception manager, he took us in a wonderful Suite with great view.
on the whole, it is a very nice hotel, if one is to large installations. It has well over 400 I think beds, so therefore a lot of people, then is bad, there were mostly Russians are the. You can actually two weeks can suffer for.
I don't know, which sometimes imagined if you are, but you can't behave. Are they simply annoying, whether by the pool or beach, whether at the Food or similar, constantly strike.
We enjoyed the service and location easy for us, despite all very nice German Others and had a lot of fun.
