Many, small annoyances in a week *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AStaff were partly very unfriendly, communication in English and German often not possible, service good, food monotonous, offered mini club had no offer, child care spoke no German, entertainment was not available. I was more often in the region in the vacation, but such a bad service could the nice big rooms not offset, as this hotel five stars is incomprehensible to me, I can. I can recommend this hotel absolutely not.
