New, comfortable, but not a very nice area *

Everything is new and modern; balcony, cool atmosphere, distant friendly staff, the hotel is big and the city of Coimbra is within 15-25 minutes away, depending, if you the main road along the river through the city or along is (way is pleasant but longer).
