Caring and personal dealing with guests *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThis hotel is located in an old residential district of Eisenach, in a beautiful half altitude. The front desk was very cordial and very personal. Each (we were traveling with my parents-in-law) was greeted with a handshake.
The rooms are very nicely decorated and feature a large desk, tv, telephone, minibar, walk-in closet, beds and a nice spacious bathroom. In the room of my parents-in-law (room 23) there was a nice large daylight. Our room (room 22) had a built in L-shape and smaller bathroom without daylight. In the closet there was also shine utensils and slippers. The demand for more pillows were immediately fulfilled.
Restaurant and shopping tips were available at the reception. The staff is very friendly. Here you can make every guest feel right at home.
The breakfast buffet didn't leave anything to be desired (fruit, cereal, different cereals, bread, rolls, sausage, cheese, salmon, fresh fruit, soft boiled eggs, jams, honey, butter, milk...). In addition you can order scrambled or fried eggs.
If you want you can relax in the evening also a snack in the hotel's room service menu. We didn't use it.
Should we be in Eisenach, we will stay here!
