Overall absolutely unacceptable! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel was not easy to find, as the entrance tucked away in a hallway with bikes newspapers delivered. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. Our request for a hypo-allergenic pillows was immediately met. However, the room was a disappointment. The size was not the pictures on the website and the cleanliness was unfortunately only superficially. The mattresses were worn, toilet reeked of urine. In a towel were still hairs. The breakfast buffet in a musty, but comfortably furnished room was the milk for the coffee, which in the pot on every table, bad. At our complaint we were told that we were not the first would have complained about this. But there were not as good hotels usual, immediately replaced pots of all the tables and as you can expect was complained then more guests about the bad milk. Because of the overall impression, we are already checked out after one night, as we found the value voted against.
