check-in took hour long because the rooms not yet cleaned when we were after three hours of waiting could move into our room, they were still dirty. Dust and sand. Was just disgusting. The telephone was the whole vacation not. Was at the front desk simply not serious taken. I complained every day-but after a week to give up. The hotel area was located right next to the tracks. Frequent trains pass. The playing equipments are all broken. The swing was not more. The floor tiles are relaxed for the most part. (of stumbling) I can recommend the hotel unfortunately not. Nevertheless the holiday wonderful. The Tuscany made it worth it.
