We were actually looking forward to this hotel, the catalog descriptions and information and photos on the internet for we were expecting a nice room in a good hotel in Seville (the rates). Check-in was quite okay, the car was parked by a very friendly service representatives, check-in fast, we were shown to room - the but also had a reason: we would never have found it without him. The hotel is a building was quite complex, the first building (entrance and some rooms) see more like in the internet, etc. Advertised, but then: First in an elevator, to several. Hallways and corners, in a different elevator get to then down (!? ) To go to the 2 . basement! I would never have been before on the idea that it expensive 4 star hotels in Europe, the rooms in the 2 . basement. Soundproofing, view, etc. none. At 0 . 30 hours we experienced a drawback this room 101 - it is right next to the deposit the kitchen and the staff! Then the time are ordered by empty bottles in CRATES etc. We tried to change rooms- none, supposedly sold. We were then but right promised a discount. Upon check-out if we faced with 10 % discount will be granted, after once again discussion we were 25 %, but not compensate for the night in this noisy room in the last corner of the hotel really. My tip: don't book! Otherwise make sure all rooms, with 1 start after what I saw, beach chairs in the beautiful vaulted cellars dating back. In addition, the entire hotel tiled floors, appropriate noise in the hallway so meters. E. Everywhere.
