Nice resort but cleanliness left nothing to be desired *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel area was beautifully located directly on the beautiful sandy beach of Alcudia and should have a much better review, but with the cleanliness of our room we were not happy at all. On the day of arrival after about four hours in the departure area have had to wait, our room (on the grounds, the cleaning lady would be even with the cleaning busy and we would ultimately want to have a clean room), we had to say at the entering the room, the beds were that the floor and furniture cleaning 'forgotten' was comfortable. Our Junior crawled across the room and its dark pants looked like a 'mop'. The doors and mirrors were smeared, on the couch of grit sand from the blame and plants everywhere hair, hair, hair. A complaint to the front desk first achieved only, that a cleaning lady knocked Spanish short time later, unfortunately no English understood and then disappeared. First after a second complaint in the evening was a volatile running infrequently. Equally unusual for a four stars hotel: only five out of seven days a also volatile room cleaning was done. But well, we knew that in advance. The issue of cleanliness the whole vacation: the pool area and the stairways would have done it well, if you have been wiped more often. Only in the restaurant we couldn't complain about the cleanliness. Conclusion: if you have the cleanliness fault can overlook, this is certainly very good at the Viva Bahia liked, because the complex itself is very beautiful and for children a dream. The food was delicious and the beach was just great. If we vacation again there again? If, then definitely only with a vacuum cleaner in the luggage :-)
