Hotel Viva Blue

The distance to a clean and fine beach ca. 5 minutes walk.
The boat stop at the beach. Sport offers as for example banana boat etc. available. To Alcudia city with the bus 10 minutes (1,75 Eur per person). To the airport ca. 1 hour. Shopping right around the corner with souvenir stores, minigolf and mini train next to the hotel. For excursions an island round trip was very recommendable.

Friendliness and fun was capitalized here. We were understood well. The rooms were always cleaned except for Wednesday and Sunday. A doctor in the hotel was available on 6 days of the week. We had problems at our arrival with the keys (card didn't open) so we received a bottle of wine as a gift although it wasn't hard for us to get a new card.

There was a pleasant temperature dining room with SUPI breakfast buffet(salmon with champagne), a pool /snackbar with ala Carte food it was TOP quality and was always freshly prepared. For the KIDS there were 4 BUFOS menus (as at Mc Donalds), afternoons ice cream/sandwiches/fresh fruit, cakes, pies and evenings a buffet with many variations. There were all kinds of drinks. Even the cocktails were included. Except for wine, which one had to pay extra. Attention was paid to cleanness and hygiene on the whole area. The staff was very fast and very nice. Big compliments to all. All wishes were filled without any bad facial expressions. Even in the large rushes they sang and joked.

At the entertainment for adults I couldn't say a lot - we wanted to have our peace and we had it too. They friendly asked at the pool and a no was accepted. The kids club was top - our kids were thrilled with the pool games and the winners evenings were awarded with a diploma. In addition the kids were included in the evening shows and practiced already afternoons dilligently with the entertainers. Shopping possibilities were right around the corner with the usual souvenir stores. It was very recommendable at the market in Alcudia on Tuesday and Sunday. It was very traditional and LARGE. The pool was super and clean and safe. There were enough pool chairs and sunshades always.

We had a flat with an extra bedroom. It was very large for 4 persons. Very clean and large balcony. The toilet was separate from the bath. The beds were good. We were in the fourth block with poolside. When the balcony door was closed, one heard only a little of the entertainment.

The telephone calls were cheap at the telephone booth in front of the hotel. 50 cents per minute. The price performance ratio was TOP, even in September still recommendable as it was daily 32°.
