Schon die Ankunft stand unter einem schlechten Stern. Trotz dreimaliger Anmeldung (Reisebüro, Fax E-mail) stand bei Ankunft nachts um 2 Uhr kein Babybett bereit. Wünsche der Gäste in Bezug auf Zimmerwahl wurden ignoriert. Personal am Empfang desinteressiert. Die Zimmer trotz Aufforderung nicht jeden Tag gereinigt. Reparaturen an defekten Einrichtungs- gegenständen erst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung durch- geführt. Im "Restaurant" herrschte Mensaklima: enge Be- stuhlung, laut, nicht ausreichend Plätze vorhanden, z. T. mit Wartezeiten. Einfaches nicht abwechslungsreiches Essen. Getränke geschmacklich schlecht, z.B. Kaffee, Milch wässrig, Cocktails und Drinks an der Bar nicht frisch gemixt. Teilweise verschmutzter Strand (Teer, Öl). Baggerarbeiten am Strand. Liegen am Strand mit Gebühren. Keine all-inclusive Strandbar. Lunchpakete und Sandwiches auf Tankstellenniveau. Fernseh- empfang dauerhaft gestört. Für 4 Sterne erhofft man sich mehr, da sind wir besseres gewohnt.
