Beautiful area, however with some flaws *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel area 'park' is one of two further, and the 'club', as well as the 'resort'. A sign at the entrance to the 'resort' suggests, that the institutions for 'park/club' -holiday-makers may not be used. All facilities were clean. To the beach it went through the complex -across the street-the 'club' -500 meters area-about. We were in the pleasantly quiet block five on the ground floor. The apartment with two beds for an extra four-person Family a bit small. Due to the mass processing the gastronomy in terms of preparation and, above all, very clean. There were several pools, but because of the size of the swimming matched except for between six and nine early o'clock (Closing).

The staff speaks basically German and always friendly. Initially we found the 'special order to be' for packed lunches very great -but turned out to this even after the third special order (with handschriftl. Gastronomy
There were two restaurants, the all inclusive wristband marked. Blue and green were allowed into the smaller and the other had in the large, often with queues /-which was connected. For lunch could also use the blue/green the big restaurant, as it was only in the small snacks. Due to the noise we stayed in the smaller restaurant.
For four days there were theme evenings (cheese, dessert, oriental, mexican, country übl. Food). You should arrive punctually, otherwise some things no longer exist. Certainly were varied Food available-but they tasted either to nothing or they were like at the Vegetables or rice often quite hard (buckles problems with our children). Salad/fruit was often not fresh. We have even moldy fruit from the basket twice sorts.
In general it was due to the low Personalstandes the population, as well as the clearing away the problem. The plates/cups/cutlery, glasses had to be looked at. Often found it still saw leftovers.
In the second week there were more families with small children, which led, that the floor was to the road ahead. A remedy could not afford the staff, they understaffed are.
Sport & Entertainment Unused
Room
Room was too small for four-person Family. The existing beds pillows on the children had to be accommodated as well, so for clothes and suitcases barely room was. Beds weren't worn-but they creak therefor strong. Safe cost 38 euros for two weeks.
Due to the all inclusive-could do without you to the small kitchen.
Our toilet smelled of urine often during the holiday. The odor could be reduced, the toilet lid closed. Ants were-as usual-available. After complaining a while away.
The air conditioning system functioned only with room card and should only be switched on, if one is in the room. It worked very well and cooled down considerably.
Tips and recommendations
We have tried, in the restaurant/bars right outside the complex coffee/cappuccino-none. Since it was the viva chain, we got the same 'stock' -but we had therefor per cup three euro squeeze. Btw-a Brüh machines have these bars-but not used.
In arta we found a German bakery-heaven-not just pastries, but also the lovingly prepared coffee.
The neckermann reiseleitung service is really bad. The woman wants to sell just its trip offers and there was no help. Even in the night there was only a brief presentation and the complex itself (for example, the entertainment offer of sport and so on) was presented.
Since it was often red Flacke and the beach by the even was closed we could avoid with our rental car at the cala luna rago (journey time about 1 hour). Beautiful bay-very worth seeing.
