Beautiful Bay, nice hotel *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIt was a great vacation, the bay Cala MESQUIDA was in the north-east of the island and quite out of the way. Without rental car it is not, if you wanted to see something of the island. We had a room with a view of the sea, in the morning we had breakfast on the balcony at sunrise. We had booked without meals, was too expensive for us. That was a good thing, as the hotel has two nice restaurants (Italy, Spain) and there you could only eat once a week (otherwise in the restaurant of the hotel), we were each day in the evening at the Italian restaurant and the steep coast at sunset and candlelight à la carte dinner. It was excellent. In the bay you could great swimming, three days we had great waves and bathing was quite dangerous, but that was really fun. The hotel's surrounding was good for shopping.
