Hätten wir vorher gewusst, daß wir im Arenal der Engländer landen, hätten wir nicht gebucht! Leider gab es bei der LM-Buchung über lastminute. de / 5vorflug. de im Vorfeld keine Infos. Diese muss man unbedingt haben - ansonsten kann der Urlaub ziemlich nach hinten los gehen. Die Orte Palma Nova und Magaluf sind fest in englischer Hand. Lt. Aussage der Einheimischen sind vor allem in den Sommermonaten Hooligans in diesen Orten vertreten. Wem Arenal zu langweilig wird und wer etwas Neues sucht ist dort sicher gut aufgehoben. Es ist jeder cm zugebaut, der Lärmpegel äußerst hoch. Es gibt Party ohne Ende, lautstark bis in den frühen Morgen und Engländer über Engländer über.... In den Restaurants wird man sofort englisch angesprochen - nicht 1 x wurden wir auf Spanisch begrüsst! Andernfalls übersteht man die Tage dort nur, wenn man a) englisch spricht und liest, b) motorisiert ist unc c) keine hohen Ansprüche an einen "ursprünglichen" Mallorca-Urlaub erhebt. Wir haben uns einen Scooter gemietet und waren die meiste Zeit in der teils recht schönen Umgebung unterwegs. Von den Entfernungen her alles gut erreichbar. Worauf man unbedingt achten muß ist, beim Transfer vom Flughafen zu sagen, daß man in das "Aparthotel" Palmanova muss, ansonsten zahlt man wie wir, wenn der Bus weg ist - ca. 5 Euro für das Taxi. Wir waren nur 5 Tage dort - jeder Tag mehr wäre zuviel gewesen ;-(
