Hotel Viva Palmanova

The beach / boulevard with stores and bars was reached over steps - distance of ca. 300 m.
The hotel was located on the border between Magaluf and Palmanova above the boulevards, and due to that very quiet. Behind the hotel there were sport facilities.

The staff was very friendly and competent. In the restaurant they were very attentive. The room cleaning 5x in the week very good. Our problem with the room card was quickly repaired. The laundry service was offered, but we didn't use it.

The food was offered in buffet style. The breakfast offered all possibilities which was from hearty to sweet, separate diets, fresh fruit, yoghurt etc. The supper offered variety. There was always freshly prepared meat and fish offered. Salad buffet, different vegetables and other side dishes, as well as a rich dessert buffet actually there was something offered for everyone. We were content with the quality of the offer. The staff always cleared the empty plates away. The price for the drinks was in order.

The entertainment every day (we couldn't rate, since we weren't at the area during the day) and evenings after the mini disco there was a show (for example Elvis, Michael Jackson, Mamma Mia), which we enjoyed. In the pool area every morning it was swept and it always looked clean and neat.

We had a large flat and kitchenette (microwave, coffee machine, stove, refrigerator) Living room with sleeping couches and TV (a German program ARD, ZDF, RTL, KIKA and Eurosport), The bedrooms had very good beds. Everywhere air conditioning. The bathroom was large enough, hairdryer and bathtub. Safe - separate rental. Large balcony with table and 4 chairs and the possibility of handtowels etc. for drying. Clean impression, we didn't notice any flaws.
