Good, but not perfect, price and performance were not met. *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AFood was very good, staff very good overall. Condition of the hotel (room 4212) very tired and run down. Management ignorant to the guest. Broken fridge after a week changed, safe during the whole holiday broken (low battery but two euro per day rent!!!), double charged the restaurant (staff to monitor> tends to fraud!! witnesses it therefor!!!) Insektenbeseitigung poor in the room even after separate invitation. Tiles broken, bathroom door-frame was starting to rot before itself, repair noise during the last four days in building four> management ignored complaints about noise. Pools were very good, pool hand towel procedure very bad. Service for drinks at the pool irregular in all inclusive. Conclusion: I will only stay if renovated and improvements to the service, otherwise rather not. Why should I bother me unnecessary, finally, I paid for perfect service.
