Hotel was overbooked! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThree months ago confirmation received we had date upon arrival we learned and other families the rooms are occupied, because you put a football team had we had to move to another hotel in the hotel deserved the new room consisted of 12 quartatmeter without power and shower only with three beds and a closet. I think it is a disgrace how guests were treated. you never again Hotel Waldheim?
