Excellent stay
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AVery comfortable stay in a disabled friendly hotel. Staff very helpful. Room clean. Breakfast very sustaining and the half-board option excellent value for money.
Location
Next to a main road made the bedrom quite noisy, although closing the metal blind cut out most of the noise until the delivery lorries arrived across the road around 06: 00.
Being next to the station and very close to the centre of Luzern gave it an excellent position.
Friendly staff at check-in and in the restaurant. Staff very willing to help.
Gastronomy
Local dishes available on the dinner menu. Wide range of options for breakfast. Food good and plentiful. Not too wide a range of options on the menu being the only bad point.
Sport & Entertainment Unused
Room
Room excellent, although for a wheelchair user found the wash basin a bit too high and the bed a bit too low. Room cleaned daily, although tea not always replaced (glad we brought some of our own).
Tips and recommendations
All in all an excellent, friendly hotel in a very good location for sightseeing or travelling.
