The best it could have been
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe Hotel was really good and an instant home feeling came about. We reached around midnight and we welcomed by Mr Butt at the Reception. The hotel was very good, the room we got was wonderful and age wise Upto date. Conditions were really good and architecture was good and new. Very clean and the breakfast was very good as well.
Location
The best location it could have ! We were travelling by Euro Rail and the station was like 3 mins walk. The new and old city centre were in walking distance and the lake as well. The Shopping facilities and other aspects were really near by.
The friendliness was great and all the staff were very hospitable. The only problem was that the internet facility was to be paid for at the reception and only on laptop lying to be used by the summer season crowd ! so i think a wifi system must be set up and free of cost as is en vogue in the rest of the developed world.
Gastronomy
Even though the restaurant is small but the food was excellent.
Sport & Entertainment
Not much available ! The swimming pools should be availble and other sports like tennis and polo.
Room
Very good all the way . all the rooms were good and the toilets as well. the channels on tv were great and the linen was great.
Tips and recommendations
Internet should be available in all rooms as wifi or cable ! and also Halal food for Muslim visitors for their convenience.
