The friendliness from 23 o'clock, please pay and up... Cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired, should be saberer carpet, on the walls the threads, Windows can be only cigarettes as it was warped

Hotelier's comment

Leider konnten wir nach Auswertung Ihre Angaben den Aufenthaltszeitraum in unserem Haus nicht zuordnen. Gern würden wir unsrer Mitarbeiter persönlich auf Fehler hinweisen. Grundsätzlich ist unser Restaurant täglich bis 24.00 Uhr geöffnet und jeder Gast mit dem gleichen guten Service zu bewirten, darauf haben wir nochmals alle Mitarbeiter hingewiesen. Alle Zimmerfenster wurden von unserem Hausmeister bis heute kontrolliert und bei Schwergängigkeit repariert.
Unsere Zimmermädchen werden in Zukunft im Besonderen Ihre Hinweise beachten, gab doch die Sauberkeit auf den Zimmern bisher keinen Anlass zur Beanstandung. Vielen Dank für Ihre Hinweise
