Bad hotel in a great location *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ANever again Hotel Wellington! We had nine months prior to arrival booked two rooms for four nights. On the day of arrival was unfortunately no room for us. He gave us for a night in a hotel nearby Blakely skilled (we would have stayed there). The next day they had then late afternoon and first after considerable debate two rooms for us-one in the seventh floor and a room in the 23. Floor (we traveled as a family!). The room on the seventh floor was old, shabby and cold and the so-called luxury room in the 23. Floor was a mini überheiztes rooms (the heating is not self-adjusting). About the poor state of the rooms could you perhaps be overlooked, since you are there to sleep. But the friendliness of the ladies at the front desk was appalling. We have stayed several times in the United States, but with so many unfriendly receptionists we have never experienced something like that. In order to reassure us, you told us, that we created for those trouble on our credit card get paid. We have got nothing, I suppose that this will never happen.
