Central hotel in New York - nothing special *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is very centrally located and is situated in close proximity to Times Square and about 10 minutes from Central Park. We stayed 2 nights and even 1 night here and unfortunately had to wait long to each time check-in. The hotel could definitely be described as tourists hotel so not much business people etc. The check-in was swift but relatively quickly. The second stay we were even upgegeraded and pay anything. The room was larger and had a small kitchen, but not looked very inviting and probably not working. so much space we really needed didn't work, and it wasn't nice or exclusive decorated than the first standard double room. The rooms are rather old fashioned and dark. The first room was the bathroom or the toilet not clean and so we had to call directly to the room service/this should also not happen in a 3 star hotel. After the second call was cleaned. Most of New York City guests are hardly in the hotel so you can quiet in this hotel again. It's not a modern hotel, but it's very central. In the lobby there were toilets, computers with internet access (for the money) and lots of leaflets about New York. The hotel also has a restaurant and a souvenir shop, you from the inside and outside. I would rate this hotel a typical 3 star hotel, call for the people who you are going.
