Very friendly staff
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe best feature of the hotel is the staff - all of them were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they all spoke very good English. good food, with excellent buffet breakfasts and buffet for two of the dinner courses too.
The hotel is small enough so that everyone is a well known face. My single room was in fact a small twin room, so quite spacious for one person. Good views of the valley from the window. Lovely to have a huge bath as well as a shower- great for a soak after a day on the slopes!
It was a bit of a walk from the hotle to the lift or the train on an icy / snowy road, for skiing every day- but I left my skis along bear the lift and carried my ski boots so that wad easier. You could also get a lift on the luggage cart if you are lucky some days!
