Beautiful optics, quality poor *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AOptically attractive, newly renovated hotel, unfortunately very cheap (bad mattresses cheap duvet, terrible pillows). Musty unfriendly staff especially in the restaurant, in addition, extremely inflexible (abgekochtes water to the flask for our baby was not available). The breakfast buffet was not refilled-bad luck for the late risers.

Wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie die zwei Tage bei uns nicht genossen haben. Unsere neu eingerichteten Zimmer und Suiten wurden von einem mehrfach zertifizierten Tischlereibetrieb (das ISO-Zertifikat 14001 im Umweltmanagement, die Zertifizierung für das Qualitätsmanagement ISO 9001:2000, sowie die SOA -Zertifizierung OS 6 – IV) ausgestattet, unter anderem auch auch mit Qualitätsmatratzen und anti-allergie Betten und Kopfkissen. Auf Wunsch hätten wir Ihnen selbstverständlich sofort ein anderes Kissen, Matratze und Bettdecke gegeben. Unsere Gäste schätzen unsere Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit sehr. Abgekochtes Wasser ist stets am Frühstücksbuffet und an der Bar erhältlich. Unser reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet wird immer mit frischen Produkten nachgefüllt.
