False Promises *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ADespite a promise we were given a room on the back (there was only room on the side with the road noise) and air during the day could not because of the noise. We broke after a night stay and found in the vicinity a much more comfortable accommodation. The atmosphere was in the hotel not suitable for a holiday Windsor stay, but for a short business trip. The park (scary narrow and dark underground parking!) are insufficient. The room supposedly removed largely empty in the following 14 days, and that in the main season! That speaks volumes about the quality of the room and the location of the hotel.
