Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AJune 2011 we spent five days in the hotel Windsor. We booked this hotel because of the perfect location right at the shop-promenade and only a few minutes 'walk from the centre (car-free). The good location is the a. We were also from the house was a very pleasant surprise. It has a special charm, everything is down to the last detail with a lot of taste and love furnished. We stayed in a superior room, which also deserve its name. The room was new and tastefully decorated, the shower is large and has plenty of you on the vanity storage space. The garden with the pool is also very well maintained. For breakfast everything is of the best quality. Mr and Mrs Widmann tried very hard, its guests an unforgettable stay to offer. The car is not, however, one is mobile with the Meran-card the we when we arrived. So you can train, bus and cable cars in South Tyrol free use. The only negative is the busy street West seits. This is due to the sound-proofed windows but not to hear and this is us also not prevent, again the hotel Windsor to prefer to a next stay in Merano.
A big thank you again to Mr Widmann for the uncomplicated help to bridge the car before leaving.
