Good hotel in central location-price/performance ratio OK *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AI was pleasantly surprised by the wolcott. Too many negative I had heard on hotels in new York, so with very mixed feelings I arrived. But the hotel has surprised me positive. The room was quite spacious and also in the bathroom was not cramped.
Clean it was, it is an old fashioned way but also very cozy impression. We had a room to the inner courtyard. It was relatively quiet, also if the hotel is rather noisy. The rattle of the heating and air conditioning can you as disturbing, but the were only brief moments.
The breakfast was it a great muffin choice and coffee. to start to the day in all good!
For me the hotel is, very close to the Empire State building, not only because of the central location a gem!
