Most terrible place you can imagine to stay at
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AHalf board, excellent location, hotel in a pretty bad shape, badly furnished rooms and the restaurant, as if it was built in the 70's of the last century and never renovated since
Location
right on the slopes excellent for skiing
most unfriendly, should I be more precise, most rude staff I ever witnessed in entire hospitality industry I ever got in contact with, they were not capable of issuing a simple bill without complaints about overcharging services we never consumed, e.g., they charged us room for the next day at the day of checkout, when we complained they said ohh is today not that day already
Gastronomy
buffet at which there is nothing to choose, practically you are there sharp at the beginning or you can forget about half of the menu

poor spa and wellness area
no pottable water available there, no towels

size of a closet, no control over heating, furniture from last century, safe not functioning, telephone from a museum

terrible value for money, obviously prices are kept updated regularly with time, but the hotel and service above all are from some other past time loong gone
