Theft and disinterest
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe stayed in the hotel for 3 weeks. The cabanas are very dark, so reading after sunset is kind of difficult. We had in 3 weeks 4 days of hot water.
The promised Internet worked 3 days in 3 weeks!!
The restaurant is badly organized. We were there with two couples. The waiter asks one persons order and turns around and you have to tell him that there 3 more persons, that would like to order too.
Or you order at the beach, where sometimes they have service and just 2 thirds of your order comes. The rest doesn`t come, although you would like to have it. The waiters shift is over, so who cares.
There were people waiting 2 hours for a club sandwich!!!!
At least 3 people got robbed. In our case approx. 900 ,- Dollars.
Don`t get me wrong, this can happen all around the world and we are travelling for 4 years now (6 months in Mexico).
The point is that the staff was not interested in the missing money. They even implied that perhaps you have an insurance, where you want to make some money.
Even after more and more people reported missing money, they were not interested. Same with the police.
Don`t go there!!!!
And we don`t mean the island, it`s beautiful. Just don`t go in this hotel!!!!
