Excellent hospitality at sea breeze *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIn advance: for a price between 850 and 1100 EURO/two weeks/all inclusive/from Berlin Tegel the hotel is absolutely recommendable. Therefor the benefits are amazing and one asks oneself, as well as the hotel to operate. The hotel is newly opened and there are still small completions instead, but not annoying are. All the facilities were in operation and we didn't have any disadvantages to be expected. The hotel made a virtue of necessity, because the whole area is only about 70 meters wide and between two other hotel complexes built. In order to take advantage of the area, several buildings in a row between the buildings were built and pool area and garden laid out. The beautifully terraced settlement of the building is a relatively strong upward gradient to celebrate, therefor drives irregularly a bus shuttle. Unfortunately the complex there are only a few rooms with a view of the sea. We had a partial view of the sea and had a nice view of the bay, the tiran island and the surrounding areas, which fortunately have a beautiful garden. Facilities: a la carte restaurant, a restaurant at the main pool for All-inclusive, a main restaurant in the main building, were several pool bars, Jacuzzis at the pools, a beach bar, a health club (ten euro entrance with sauna, Turkish bath and Jacuzzi, massage, hairdresser, other offerings), water slide, diving center, water sports facilities, roof top bar, lobby bar, small shopping arcade. To the other shop is a free shuttle to Naama-bay. The restaurants and bars near the almost perfect service of the hotel! The rooms are modern equipped corresponds to the description of Catalog) and with little details such as kettle (Nescafe and tea is provided), fruit basket, scales, and from time to time a small hand towels-figures from the service. The cleanliness of the room was great! The beach was definitely nice around-especially the restaurant were always absolutely clean and well maintained. The staff is very attentive, friendly and professional. It is English and a few German spoken. It is asked, if everything was okay, the cleaning staff asked every day, if everything was clean. On every wish and complaints word the waiters in the restaurant were very friendly, escort to the table, attentive and always serve. The food was varied, every day about 14 warm dishes, live cooking, bread and the salad, other appetizers and desserts. The food varied according to issues of international cuisine. It is of course no award-winning cuisine, but everything was very tasty and also a few surprises such as sushi prepared live or own creations of the chef-the guests always consulted as potato with sea food are to be expected. The staff at the beach was very accommodating. Start request was reserved for us every day a beach chair at the beach and drinks were brought to the beach. The service at the pool was great. Of course you should accommodate the staff with respect and friendliness. We liked to tip given, most of it at the end of our stay. The beach area was also in terraces laid out, and there is no sandy beach, which was a bit of a shame. The beach chairs stood on a sandy and were unfortunately a little bit cramped together distributed. When fully booked, it is certainly quite narrow. For us it was still okay. It is still possible, directly across the beach into the sea, but should rather be used therefor the jetty, leading directly behind the reef nearby. The reef is almost intact nearby, there are certainly nicer, but still you could observe lots of fish. A lifeguard on duty paid attention to, not too far into the sea will be floated. What we found a bit annoying, was the entertainment. The hotel has set for Russian guests, because the whole entertainment team is Russian. But they weren't pushy and spoke a little English. During the 'activity time' (water gym, Boccia, yoga and water ball Tournament) we found the music was a bit annoying. Well, that a lunch between 12 and 15 o'clock planned, meanwhile, no music. Also the music you can get used to and, of course, the play list, a collection of English, Russian and German titles. The management of the hotel would like to see more German guests. We had no major problems with the structure of the guests: 95% Russian, a few German, French, British and US Americans. It has been confirmed that German stereotype of 'Russian' partly; beautiful women and one Russian, who were quite much to drink and partly annoying was. We could observe, as the staff of the hotel limits has shown, and it was then a couple of days up to the takeoff sober. All in all, we can recommend this hotel because of the excellent hospitality, cleanliness and good food! We felt very comfortable with the friendliness of the staff. And, of course, is the strong price/performance ratio to name but a few. If you for this level of a five stars hotel of the great class expected, I have never been in a great hotel.
