Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A Ai stayed here for 2 weeks with my family-the hotel is lovely but i would try and stay in the hotel itself and not the bungalows (where i stayed), although they do have a buggy service that runs 24 hours.
the holiday was very nice but what made it fantastic was eren and emre who work on the animation team, they go out of there way to get to know you personally. They would always join us in the evening and make you feel genuinely welcome. They were always getting us involved in the activities and trips out, would join us for meals and take a genuine interest in us. They truly made our holiday very special.
Me and my family don't usually go back to the same hotel twice, however we would go back to the paloma yasmin as we know eren and emre would make it fun filled and very memorable!
The paloma yasmin are very lucky to have them working on there animation team!

fantastic sea front location and beautiful views of kos. hotel grounds were also very nice and clean.
i found the service at the hotel ok, i thought that guest relations were more helpful than reception itself. the buggy service was fine they run 24 hours which is helpful if you stayed in the bungalows.
some bar staff were very friendly and cleaners were very friendly and cleaned my room daily.
Gastronomy
the food was lovely and plenty of choice in main restaurant, however i would have liked to have seen more options for children (chicken nuggets etc) and the italian a la carte is amazing!!
Sport & Entertainment
entertainment was absolutley fantastic 10/10!! wide range of different shows, very professional. plenty of activities during the day and pool was lovely.
The beach was lovely aswell-they have free pedaloes and canoes which were very fun.
Room
rooms were nice and spacious, cleaned daily.
