Basic quaint Greece to relax *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ASimple older, but well-kept hotel area consisting of small row-bungalows, casual atmosphere, friendly staff mixed, Greek, rather families, many children generally quiet even though the area was nearly full, beach on the doorstep, large sea water swimming pool. A vacation spot more for families and simply for relaxation. Not fancy or stylish, on-site in Stavros there are only a few tavernas, but no bars etc. Highly recommended: The beach bar: Great location, great food if you wanted to do something you really need a rental car to Chania, where there are lots of bars, restaurants and shops are only 20 minutes' drive. On the peninsula there are plenty of beautiful beaches, drive in a few minutes walking distance. We enjoyed it thoroughly and can only recommend
