Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ABooked room was allegedly suffering still occupied by tenant. It was more than a number of other guests told. We assume rather wrong room planning or overbooking. extremely rude treatment by 'manager' , which apparently was overwhelmed. Replacement room very bad cleaned. The mold in the bathroom. Terrific breakfast with verheizten warmed up rolls and coffee unenjoyable, served by the Boss himself, according to the 'manager' is M hospital. We approached the owner about this situation-and in particular its great 'manager'. Subject is known, but apparently not. Worth mentioning is the great combination of office and kitchen in a room. I hope that is unique in Germany. We will be happy to go back and stay at the inn Heuweiler next to the hotel zur Laube. We were greeted very nice and very good service. A day in the hotel zur Laube is enough for a whole life, our personal opinion of the reviewer, the leisure activity options at the hotel.
