Poor service and obsolete *

We wanted to spend a weekend in altenberg and we decided for a double room. When we arrived, we have no on site and had to wait for more than half an hour before finally someone took true. The room was a disaster. Very old and we were probably a connecting rooms, at least we had a door with glass of some in the room to another room. The bad thing was, this room was occupied, and so you could hear and see the other guests. It was absolutely the last. We couldn't even move around freely without the other observed and noticed. The bathroom was had simple furniture, not even a hair dryer was available. The furniture was old and most DDR times. It smelled musty and the room was perfectly lifelessly arranged. No flowers, no documents for Ugebung etc. , we checked out at the front desk or beschwertm us what us to another room was offered, but only with the poor.) and which was the didn't care. We left after five minutes. So I had never experienced such a thing.
