Shabby and no elevator *

Negative: Shabby Impression. Odor In The Bathroom. As lame on the second floor (no lift) went smoothly.

Positive: parking directly in front of the door (public). Good food, breakfast could have been a bit be varied.

Hotelier's comment

Es tut mir leid, dass der Gast keinen angenehmen Aufenthalt in unserem Haus hatte..
Wenn uns bei der Buchung mitgeteilt wird, dass der Gast gehbehindert ist, buchen
wir grundsätzlich die erste Etage. Wir müssen es eben nur wissen.
In allen Portalen werben wir nicht mit Aufzug. Bei starker Gehbehinderung ist
unser Hotel nicht geeignet.
Unsere Zimmer und auch Bäder werden täglich exakt gereinigt. Ein muffiges Badezimmer gibt es bei uns nicht.
In anderen Portalen erhält unser Hotel bei Sauberkeit hohe Bewertungen.
Im Bereich Sport, Unterhaltung und Pool gibt es unsererseits auf Grund der
Struktur des Hotels keine Angebote. Deshalb ist eine Sonne ungerechtfertigt.
Man sollte dies nicht bewerten.
Da der Gast wahrscheinlich auf Grund der großen körperlichen Belastung unzufrieden war, gab es für Zimmer, Hotel allgemein und Service sehr niedrige
Bewertungen, die aus meiner Sicht unberechtigt sind.
Das Hotel hat monatlich ca. 950 Übernachtungen, von denen viele von den Gästen bewertet werden. (booking, hotel.de)
Solche Ergebnisse können wir da nicht verzeichnen.
