thermal baths great, good hotel, organizational drawbacks *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AI had a birthday present for my husband an overnight stay for our family (2 adults, 1 child)-half board and massage in the wellness area and unlimited use of thermal baths booked. The thermal baths is absolutely excellent and the hotel-stay was okay, but there were organizational deficiencies. The travel agent had the massage appointment day of arrival for those confirmed. Unfortunately the hotel had scheduled departure for those that. This was not our desire, because we could not more into the room, since this is the kidnapping of eleven o'clock removed and then must be no relaxation in the thermal baths more was possible, because the thermal baths only on the day of arrival is included in the price. The staff in the wellness area was unfortunately not ready to compromise and we could not explain, why was planned with the date of the check-out in the hotel, they told us then, that we as compensation for those pushed Date the room 1 hour, could have used more, which for us was really great former would be. Unfortunately, it was already too late, but, since we were already packed and the room everything removed had. All in all was the stay despite all relaxing, this first of all because of the thermal baths. However we would use the wellness area not more.
