for those short break and about 20 minutes drive from amsterdam we would stay at this hotel again. It is out of the way and is despite highway very quiet and sufficient parking spaces and good opportunities for hiking and mountain biking.
The hotel is over 70 years old, but still in very good condition and very good visited.
Our room was clean and modern equipped. The Staff... Partly friendly,
partly well...
The staff at the front desk very friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival we were very surprised, since this hotel is right next to the highway A1
and we had with our booking entirely overlooked.
The restaurant with a direct view of the highway and our room were so good insulated, that it was not the slightest noise were.
the room was very spacious and clean.
The only problem we had to complain, the front door was the shower.
It hung from the fishing and they didn't close properly.
The shower and the bathroom was very clean and the drains worked
immaculate.

The food in the hotel is standard.
The breakfast buffet with various sorts of cold sausages and cheese, jam, eggs, fresh bread and rolls. Coffee from the machine.
The dinner in the hotel restaurant was not nearly clean enough. Little selection and the preparation was not very special.
We prefer in amsterdam and hilversum (about ten minutes away) to eat dinner.
