Nice location, but unfortunately only home cooking! *

The rooms are basic but lacked atmosphere, simple furnishings, some do not match fit nussbaumbraun chairs, closet and bed to the Ikea - black. The TV was very small, you could barely make out. It would be an update very desirable. The cleanliness in the hotel and in the rooms was good. But the most bothered me, that the food was quite monotonous, often the same, same side dishes, etc. , but I don't have to go on vacation. Just as advertised - home cooking. As you want yes different dishes, above all a little flexibility would be nice d. H. for example other side dishes to order on the same evening. Rather a daily changing menu of the day with only 4 - 5 other dishes, the is already enough. But that seems to be generally the case in Hohnstein, as the other restaurants we had looked at us then as an alternative for food and drinks, offered an even smaller selection. This is a shame on the beautiful place Hohnstein. The hotel also missing lounges for the stay, so we always Perforce 9:00 at least to our room. The location of the hotel, however, is very nice, great view. There were enough parking. Hohnstein invites ideal for hiking in the Saxon Switzerland.

Liebe Besucher dieser Seite,
grundsätzlich bin ich der Meinung, dass sowohl gute als auch schlechte Kritiken wichtig sind. Sie können dazu beitragen, eventuelle Schwachpunkte aufzuzeigen, um sie dann mit den vorhandenen Möglichkeiten zu verbessern.
Wer aber kontrolliert veröffentlichte negative Kritiken, um festzustellen, ob sie in diesem Umfang auch zutreffen?
In Bezug auf „Gabriela“ hat die Sen.Chefin auf Wunsch des Gastes, ein zweites Kopfkissen auf das Hotelzimmer gebracht. Nach Erledigung sprach die Sen.Chefin mit der Dame im Restaurant mit dem Vorschlag, dass das Matratzengestell mit der Matratze am Kopfende in der Höhe zu verstellen sei. Die Antwort der Dame war:“…das macht mir zu viel Arbeit“.
Nahezu alle Gäste legen in Zeiten von Fertigprodukten großen Wert auf die von uns angebotene landestypische Küche. Regionaltypische Küche gehört zu den Besonderheiten unseres Angebotes.
So werden in unserem Hause z.B. die entsprechenden Fleischstücke für den Hirschbraten nach Familientradition in Buttermilch zum Reifen eingelegt. Selbst der Sauerbraten wird noch nach einem Hausrezept eingelegt. Die Rinderrouladen werden noch von Hand gefüllt, gewickelt und auch die Soßen werden selber gezogen. Selbst die Kartoffeln für die Bratkartoffeln werden von Hand geschnitten und zubereitet.
Aber es gibt da ein sehr schönes altes Sprichwort: „ Allen Menschen recht getan, ist eine Kunst die niemand kann.“
Übrigens hat „Gabriela“ im Nachhinein nach einem Rezept verlangt, welches wir ihr per Mail zukommen ließen.
Der hausgemachte Kartoffelsalat hat der Dame nach eigener Aussage auch gut geschmeckt, sie fragte mehrmals nach der Firma, die den Salat hergestellt hat. Er war aber hausgemacht und nicht gekauft.
