Very nice, quiet and comfortable *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were with child and dog in the hotel tarnewitzer Hof and we really enjoyed the stay. Although we had booked a double room but after apparently none was available, we got an apartment in the main house with balcony and a small kitchen.
The condition of the rooms was very good. They are clean, spacious and bright. Of course there are certain traces of use at the establishment but they were minimal.
The location is rustic, Tarnewitz is a small village about two kilometer of boltenhagen away. This is certainly not everyone's thing, but we really enjoyed the peace and quiet. In the area there was everything you need and the bigger cities, like Wismar, Rostock, Lübeck or within 1/2-1 hour with Schwerin reached by car. There are a variety of leisure facilities, but we could not use due to the weather, for example, playground, mini golf, and so on
What I really liked, was that each room or apartment has its own allocated parking space. This is behind the hotel area about 40 meters from the entrance but the parking is saved.
The restaurant we didn't use except for breakfast twice. The food was delicious, the prices completely within the frameworks.
The staff was always nice and friendly, only the ladies who supervised the breakfast a bit grumpy. However at eight in the morning is not everyone in a good mood.
