Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe stayed in many United States holiday yet never experienced something like that. We had two rooms reserved, the room of our four children was very marginal, especially cleanliness, condition decor etc. Our room however was a joke: there was extremely dirty and smelled of urine so, that it was unusable, unbearable. The complaint was dismissed very unfriendly, the replacement room (after a long discussion) smelled was only to old, moddrig, damp. Bet, the sheet was not changed. In the clothes, disgusting! Has the route No quality. Grounds and pool were new, the rooms can be none of the Organizer've ever been.
