A Shame... *

Quite unfriendly and short bundeled front desk at the check-in, although only two (!) guests were couples to check, waiters (inside) in the restaurant, try, guests, with a full plate to the table want, 'over' to run (the waitress even empty!), trolley, the guests in the heels were run down, cold dishes, should be the warm (or vice versa), partly lichenification meat. Very annoying: the hotel is trying to on many occasions, 'still' a euro ' to make. The tv costs-use three euros per 24 h, if more than one channel and wants to see SAT1, for pool towels will be charged a euro per hand towel as Zwangsspende and a bottle of water (hot) move at the three, 50 euros. All things, in another four stars hotel than were included. The room service expected, that an order in writing using form shall, at the front desk (!) to make is, in order to be put on the following day (!) then. The air conditioning in our room seemed to be non-existent or broken, only after repeated call on two days was a technician, but apparently no mistake can find. The fact was, however, that the air conditioning (including) the room cooled not, but on the contrary, it was rather further warmed up. The room temperature felt during the day 30 °C. In the lobby there was arduous warm during the day. So I have to say we preferred it for example on the day of departure, the entrance to the airport the lobby to wait, because the temperature there better was bearable. The note, deass October was there at the end, with outside temperatures around the 25 degrees. What should be the first in the middle of summer? The hotel is overall not worth four stars, maximum three stars. If it wasn't't for the extremely attractive location right on the beach in Playa del Ingles would, the hotel would be rejected circular route. Terms of service, and the food is a comparison with other four stars hotels in a comparable location was definitely not.
