The trip into a disappointment *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AMy booking the Reisebüro1, bidet, BK, ND, megabyte. My arrival was delayed about 18 o'clock. At the front desk I was given a room (converted uncovered, room 828, the room is not included in the official Fluchtplan of the hotel! I have told all my bags. The next day the booked room first after massive complaints. The manager has the reservation in the computer. I was with a bottle of sparkling wine (wine) calmed. I had expected the refund for the poor quality room. The rooms are sterile equipped. Television stations RTL Vox USWgegen partly fee-ZDF and sat free. Altogether too little staff, it was not. I have to say I had been in the dunamar. But under the new leadership, an impertinence.
