Beautiful area with weather bad luck *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe stayed a week at the 2010 September in this hotel, which we booked this year in October repeated, 2010 in September as it was still very hot. Last year we had a basic double room, which was quite Spartan, this year to third a suite. The weather did not cooperate, we had three/four days partly rainy. And both, as well as seven hour delay due to strike back. Because the Hotel is nothing therefor, but the Greeks. It prides itself not to guests, bring in money to the economy. And, although it is not a hotel for families is, we had in the dining room, the very noisy built, always 30-50 children. Please do not get me wrong, but it is not a relaxing meal. And the food was always cold this year and the meat was always very firm fried. That sounds together not so good but the hotel is generally quite nice. Above all, the low architecture with stones and rock in the village style the location to the sea with pool and beach are very nice. Only in the combination as this year everything came together, it appeared that the staff had no more.

Hallo Holger,wir bedanken uns für Ihr Feedback und Sie können sicher sein, dass wir auch kritische Kommentare intern besprechen. Unser gesamtes Team & auch das Management legen sehr viel Wert auf die Zufriedenheit unserer Gäste und dies zeigen auch die Feedbacks, die wir bekommen.
Leider sind Sie schon abgereist und wir können dieses Thema nur schriftlich über Holidaycheck ansprechen. Schade, denn uns hätte sehr viel daran gelegen, wenn Sie sich gleich vor Ort an uns gewandt hätten, somit hätten wir sofort auf Ihre Wünsche und Anregungen reagieren können aber wie gesagt Sie sind schon abgereist aber auch in Ihrem Fall möchten wir dies tun.
Sie waren letztes Jahr im September da und wenn Sie es dieses Jahr auch im September geschaft haetten, waere vieles anders gelaufen glauben Sie mir! Das Wetter war einfach herrlich und nicht leider wie im Oktober, was dieses Jahr passiert ist kennen wir auch nicht so!! Ok mal 1-2 Tage Regen aber nicht so! Was die Kinder betrifft hat das Ikaros immer welche zu Gast aber wenn Sie in den Ferien kommen koennen es schon mehr sein als sonst! Wir hatten ca.50 Kinder im Haus!
Was die Flugverspaetung angeht kann das Hotel nichts dafuer bzw. auch fuer die Streiks nichts!! Aber was die Politiker veranstalten kann erst recht nichts das Folk!!
Gern moechte ich es hier bei belassen denn es ist ein heiteres Thema!!
Aber da Sie ja schon Wiederholungstaeter sind, hoffen wir das wir Sie und Ihre Famile wieder bei uns begruessen duerfen und Ihnen einen Erholsamen Urlaub bieten koennen!! Ihnen einen schoenen Winter und viele Gruesse aus dem Ikaros Beach.
