Ikaros beach resort-really five stars? *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AHotel facility: a harmonious hotel area in the form of an exchange of Cretan village. Of the very successful. The dining room seemed to be less appealing (train station atmosphere). Rooms: our room was negative to complain about: the very narrow bed (about a, 50 meters) and the insufficient shower attachment (not sealed, water runs automatically by the edge of the bathtub in the bathroom home and is under water). The request, to overcome these obstacles, was not met. Food and beverages: varied and overall attractive, but sometimes gaps at the re-filling of the food and the quality was not five star. Show cooking: moderate. Beach bar: lukewarm cappuccino for three, 80 euro, a joke. Service forces: excellence without blemish and rebuke. End of season: The clearance work at the hotel (away from furniture, hosed down the beach chairs and umbrellas with high pressure wipers despite present guests) were unfortunately on the last days everywhere to be seen. Overall conclusion: good 4 star hotel, in our opinion not a five star.

Leider sind Ihnen ein paar Punkte negativ aufgefallen und wir hätten uns gewünscht das Sie uns direkt ansprechen um Ihnen den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zugestalten. Unser Hauptrestaurant ist leider sehr hellhöring und wir sind dabei abhilfe zuschaffen. Mit dem Bett hätten Sie uns ansprechen können und wir hätten Ihnen einen Umzug angeboten da alle unser 246 Zimmer Unterschiedlich sind. Was leider den Cappuccino angeht hätten Sie ruhig zurück gehen lassen können und was das Nachlegen angeht hat sich vielleicht überschnitten da unsere Speisen frisch zubereitet werden.
